36. Dr. Seuss' Oh the Places You'll Go
Today's video buffered and stopped, so I cut it short today. I did a reading of this Dr. Seuss classic. It's based on a non-sensical rhyming story with a theme that you're going to do great things and run into roadblocks and twists and turns, but to keep going because the sky is the limit. I love the illustrations because they are derived from a cartoon form of surrealism. The creatures are hairy and animal like while the buildings and trees look like they should belong in a fish aquarium. Try to think of the unknown of your own future and setting out in this journey that we call life and try your best to draw it. It can be real life or it can be fantasy or it can be both. But just try.
